Washing fluid / cleaning concentrate (1 piece)

The cleaning fluid Watson's Record Cleaning Fluid has been specially developed for this machine and effectively dissolves and removes all common types of dirt such as dust, grease, soot, fingerprints, etc. With this substance and the brush, it only takes a few turns of the plate to clean the surface. Their composition does not attack the vinyl and leads to a sparkling clean, shiny and residue-free result. The liquid binds particles so that they can easily be sucked off with. The 60 ml of the concentrate are mixed with 900 ml of demineralized or distilled water to obtain detergent.

The advantages of the Watson are the rotating platter and the extremely powerful suction device. Due to the strong suction pressure, no liquid residues remain on the surface. Cleaning your plates with Watson's special liquid is the best option. Watson's liquid dissolves grease and dirt through the formation of so-called micelles in the liquid. Micelles are miniature lumps that bind individual dirt particles and prevent them from sticking to the wall of the groove. The micelles keep the dirt in the liquid, not on the groove walls. And as soon as the dirt is loosened, it can simply be vacuumed off.

Cleaning brush (1 piece)
The cleaning brush with its thousands of PVC bristles is an integral part of our concept for high-quality record washing. It is carefully designed for the purpose of increasing the useful life of the records by decades and increasing the listening pleasure by removing unwanted deposits. Used together with our cleaning agent, it is soft enough to protect the plate surface, but grabs enough to loosen everything else and take it off. In contrast to models with natural bristles, our brush does not accept any foreign substances. It also absorbs less moisture and dries quickly.

Felt strips (4 pieces)

The extraction arms remain gentle and smooth-running because their interchangeable felt strips are replaced from time to time, because after many cleaning processes, dirt settles in the material and the cleaning result can fall short of expectations. Strips for the 12 inch suction arm, which can be cut to fit the shorter arms, are available in pairs.

The felt cover on the suction arm is exchangeable. Occasionally check the condition of the felt. Soiling can be removed with a toothbrush. If the felt is flattened or no longer complete, it should be replaced. After removing the felt, the arm is cleaned with an alcohol-based cleaner. Remnants of the adhesive can be removed with petroleum ether. After removing the protective film, new felt strips are carefully glued on without reducing the size of the suction opening. For 7- and 10-inch suction arms, the felts are first shortened to fit.

Wash bottle (1 piece)

With the special bottle it is particularly easy to put the cleaning liquid in small quantities on the plate. Although the paper label is well covered by the plate clamp, careful dosing is an advantage, which is made easier with this bottle.
